Overcharged by Quality Build for service

I want to report a serious concern with Quality Build's application that I purchased on April 4, 1996 from your Jamisonport, North Carolina store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anika R., but my issue remains unresolved.
