I want to report a serious concern with Peak Professionals's service that I purchased on February 13, 2015 from your Mackstad, Kentucky store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vernie N., but my issue remains unresolved.
