I have been a loyal customer of Emporium & Nation for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-1547-LWS-6498) on April 26, 2023, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 27, 2025 05:36I appreciate Emporium & Nation reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
