Misleading advertising by Mart Co

On July 27, 2016, I signed up for Mart Co's repair service at their Cyrilstad, Texas location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $660.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Verona Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 13, 2025 05:51Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $359.27 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
