I am writing regarding order #ORD-3642-JCH-2874 placed with Hyper-Lab on April 4, 1999. I paid $746.61 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hunter G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate Hyper-Lab reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty food item has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
