I have been a loyal customer of Hyper-Lab for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-2037-SPI-2246) on September 8, 1995, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
