I am writing regarding order #ORD-3422-PGJ-7878 placed with Advanced Homes & Sons on September 16, 1997. I paid $174.39 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lester N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Advanced Homes & Sons called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
