I purchased a platform from Hearty Delight Corp. on November 8, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Norberto S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
