I'm writing to complain about the consultation I received from Select Shop Munich International. After paying $135.72 for gadget, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Marjolaine J., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
