I want to report a serious concern with Select Shop Munich International's subscription that I purchased on November 19, 1990 from your South Daphnee, Pennsylvania store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mireya H., but my issue remains unresolved.
