I purchased a unit from Ultra-Tech on December 27, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Francisco X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm still waiting for a resolution on this issue. It's been over a week since I filed this complaint about Ultra-Tech. Can someone please provide an update?
