I am writing regarding order #ORD-1442-HPR-8521 placed with Best Shop Hub on January 28, 1982. I paid $955.61 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Angel Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
