Unsatisfactory resolution from Genius Minds Ltd.

On August 24, 2022, I signed up for Genius Minds Ltd.'s setup assistance at their Arabury, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $737.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Everett E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
