I am writing regarding order #ORD-8459-PZO-2888 placed with Genius Minds Ltd. on April 14, 2024. I paid $772.45 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dewayne L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Genius Minds Ltd. finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the t-shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
