I am writing regarding order #ORD-6731-ZPC-4113 placed with CloudData on April 4, 1991. I paid $831.21 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bell A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with CloudData has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-951FF4E9 multiple times.
