I want to report a serious concern with CloudData's package that I purchased on June 11, 1973 from your New Elian, Wyoming store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Coby P., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $81.35 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
