I purchased a software from FusionChip LLC on December 21, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Fletcher V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
