I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from FusionChip LLC. After paying $280.98 for product, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Paula R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm updating my complaint because FusionChip LLC finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the prepared meal, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
