On February 12, 1986, I signed up for FusionChip LLC's delivery service at their New Dawsonfort, Maine location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $485.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Patricia H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, FusionChip LLC contacted me to troubleshoot the catering service. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
