I want to report a serious concern with Fare & Provisions Holdings's unit that I purchased on June 12, 1973 from your Lerachester, Hawaii store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jason B., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $175.35 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
