I want to report a serious concern with Ultimate Structures Holdings's package that I purchased on February 18, 1971 from your East Mark, Alaska store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nasir W., but my issue remains unresolved.
