On December 21, 2011, I signed up for Abode & Management's repair service at their Erdmanhaven, Utah location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $637.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jarret O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Abode & Management has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their upgrade plan.
