On July 3, 1999, I signed up for Abode & Management's premium plan at their Boscotown, Florida location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $684.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Americo L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
