Delayed delivery from BotSecure

On July 29, 2004, I signed up for BotSecure's premium plan at their Lake Fae, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $800.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Paige A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 04, 2025 05:59I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from BotSecure called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
