BotSecure failed to honor their commitment

On October 15, 1991, I signed up for BotSecure's maintenance program at their Lake Sheridanport, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $937.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brandt V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
