Poor customer service experience with Wisdom School of Training

I want to report a serious concern with Wisdom School of Training's device that I purchased on May 19, 1999 from your Port Daphneefort, Iowa store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Renee F., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 01, 2025 05:32I appreciate Wisdom School of Training reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement athletic shoes has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
