I purchased a package from Essential Therapy on September 20, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rocio I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Essential Therapy reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement router has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
