I am writing regarding order #ORD-5237-GJU-1554 placed with Residence of Classic on December 6, 2017. I paid $824.31 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Candelario L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
