I have been a loyal customer of Residence of Classic for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-6519-TLH-6522) on February 5, 1991, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Residence of Classic has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their priority service.
