Quality issues with Defender Advocate Advocates product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7869-FYQ-5116 placed with Defender Advocate Advocates on July 17, 1976. I paid $295.55 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Morris F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 09, 2025 05:45I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal kit from Defender Advocate Advocates not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
