Warranty claim denied by Defender Advocate Advocates

I purchased a solution from Defender Advocate Advocates on October 22, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shyann K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
