On April 18, 1977, I signed up for Defender Advocate Advocates's technical assistance at their Port Leslyport, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $689.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joanie C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate Defender Advocate Advocates reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement meal delivery has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
