I want to report a serious concern with The Modern Doctor Group's application that I purchased on March 18, 2025 from your Pourosside, North Carolina store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sarai E., but my issue remains unresolved.
