Refund refused by Bright Minds of Institute

I want to report a serious concern with Bright Minds of Institute's solution that I purchased on November 23, 1996 from your West Heloise, North Carolina store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jamel C., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 08, 2025 05:49I want to acknowledge that Bright Minds of Institute has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $137.60 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $137.60 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
