I have been a loyal customer of Bright Minds of Institute for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6668-HGZ-1741) on May 24, 2017, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Bright Minds of Institute reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement handbag has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
