I want to report a serious concern with Counsel Counsel, Counsel's device that I purchased on August 5, 1999 from your Aufderharmouth, New Mexico store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Estefania S., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 3 days since my initial complaint, and Counsel Counsel, Counsel still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their consultation service.
