I want to report a serious concern with Traditional & Fare's accessory that I purchased on July 25, 1992 from your East Ameliaborough, Wisconsin store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Roberta T., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Traditional & Fare finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the winter coat, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
