I purchased a package from Space & Associates on January 20, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Christa H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 06, 2025 05:42I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The blender from Space & Associates not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
