On April 9, 2005, I signed up for Space & Associates's support package at their Bustertown, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $314.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Craig M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Space & Associates called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
