I'm writing to complain about the premium plan I received from Family Vitality. After paying $863.11 for gadget, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. After speaking with Hayden Martin from the Executive Customer Care at Family Vitality, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
