On October 4, 2022, I signed up for Family Vitality's repair service at their Port Carter, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $717.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lea X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate Family Vitality reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement smartwatch has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
