I purchased a system from Consulting Offices Ltd. on August 6, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Joesph H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Consulting Offices Ltd., and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my prepared meal. This is extremely frustrating.
