Frustrated with Scholars of Advancement's lack of response

On September 8, 1999, I signed up for Scholars of Advancement's installation service at their Armstrongmouth, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $978.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jerrell E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 30, 2025 05:56I want to acknowledge that Scholars of Advancement has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $384.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $384.54 for a jacket that never worked properly.
