I have been a loyal customer of Scholars of Advancement for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-8340-YPD-9783) on March 4, 1996, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Scholars of Advancement, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my jacket. This is extremely frustrating.
