I want to report a serious concern with Housing International Ltd.'s package that I purchased on September 11, 1986 from your North Nonabury, Maine store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Arnold Z., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $46.34 refund only covers part of what I paid for the subscription plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
