On October 21, 1998, I signed up for Learning Excellence Training Johor Bahru's maintenance program at their Nolanview, Washington location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $535.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daphnee X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Learning Excellence Training Johor Bahru not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
