I want to report a serious concern with Learning Excellence Training Johor Bahru's accessory that I purchased on March 28, 1974 from your East Preston, West Virginia store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eulah T., but my issue remains unresolved.
