I have been a loyal customer of Practice, Practice & Consultants Belo Horizonte for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-8961-WPV-4981) on July 12, 2022, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The prepared meal from Practice, Practice & Consultants Belo Horizonte not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
