I am writing regarding order #ORD-5288-TBJ-1390 placed with Practice, Practice & Consultants Belo Horizonte on January 29, 2000. I paid $208.57 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eva H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Practice, Practice & Consultants Belo Horizonte has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-6DC4A31D multiple times.
