Delayed delivery from Residence & Ventures Catania

On August 2, 2009, I signed up for Residence & Ventures Catania's premium plan at their Macejkovicton, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $806.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tania Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
